What should be planned medically?
and physical fatigue?
In the event of pain or physical fatigue, there is everything you need nearby: massage parlors, Chiropractor, various care centers, pharmacies etc..
How much badminton clothes do I need
bring for the internship?
Socks, shorts, t-shirts, boxers/briefs between 10 and 15 if you don't want to do too much laundry and travel light.The laundry is done in 24 hours so it’s worth it not to overload yourself. At worst, if you are missing something,you can buy what you need here at a reasonable price.
How does the visa work?
The visa, you can take it on arrival, a 30-day tourist visa which costs around €40
During the program what are we going to do?
The trainer you choose will be responsible for offering exercises that he deems essential. Multi-wheels, routines, 1vs1 exercises, themed matches, matches, and shadow play are among the possibilities.

How much does the return plane ticket from Paris to Bali cost?
The price depends on when you buy your plane ticket, generally the earlier the better.
To get an idea, between €700 and €1700.
Tips: to save money if you wish, book a Paris - Jakarta return plane ticket and a Jakarta - Bali plane ticket, the prices will be between €650 and €1400.
